NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (“NYRA”) is soliciting bidders to provide various precast concrete structures to Belmont Park, located at 2150 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont NY 11003. The successful bidder should be capable of delivering the structures to Belmont Park. The term of the contract resulting from this bid shall be from the date of bidder’s fully executed agreement and expire on December 31, 2023. NYRA, in its sole discretion, will have two (2) optional one-year renewals.
Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, So. Ozone Park, NY 11417, not later than 3 PM, prevailing time, on May 8, 2023.
