RFQ 2022-0123 - Promotional Giveaway Items 2023

The New York Racing Association, Inc. (“NYRA”) is soliciting bidders to provide Promotional Giveaway items (i.e., apparel, coolers, hats, and various other items) at NYRA’s three racetracks: Aqueduct Racetrack, Ozone Park, NY 11417, Belmont Park Racetrack, Elmont, NY 11003, Saratoga Race Course, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866.

Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, So. Bids will be accepted electronically; prospective bidders have the opportunity to submit their bids via the following website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/nyra (Empire State Purchasing Group). In addition, vendors/contractors have the option of submitting the bids manually to the above-referenced address. It is the bidder’s responsibility to submit their bids on time
