NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is soliciting quotations for wireless camera systems (inclusive of antennas, encoders, decoders, licenses, cables, adapters and other equipment listed in the attachment) to be utilized across but not limited to Aqueduct Racetrack, Belmont Park and Saratoga Racetrack utilizing Vislink equipment. The systems may also travel to and be used at other broadcast partner racetracks with NYRA responsible for that shipping and installation. The term of the agreement shall be from the contract execution date and shall expire upon completion of delivery and provision of commissioning and support to NYRA’s satisfaction, or upon the expiration of (1) year from the date of execution, whichever comes first. Equipment will be installed by NYRA engineers and electricians. Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11417, not later than 3:00 p.m., prevailing time, on February 23,2024.
