The New York Racing Association, Inc. (“NYRA”) is soliciting quotations from qualified vendors for the maintenance, annual inspections, and testing of the Fire Alarm System located at Aqueduct Racetrack in Jamaica, NY. The term of any contract entered as a result of this RFQ will be for one (1) year, with NYRA having the option of renewing for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. (the "Term"). The pricing indicated in the Cost Proposal shall remain in effect for the entire period of the Initial Term and any optional renewal periods.
Proposals will be received by the Procurement Operations Supervisor at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 3 PM, prevailing time, on April 2, 2024.
