NOTICE TO THE BIDDERS:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is requesting pricing for the purchase and installation of approximately 8,200[1] linear feet of anodized aluminum safety railing for use at Belmont Park Racetrack located in Elmont, NY 11003. The term for any contract that may arise from this RFQ will be one year from the date of execution.

Proposals will be received by the Procurement Operations Supervisor at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 2 PM, prevailing time, on [insert date].
