NOTICE TO THE BIDDERS:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is soliciting bidders to furnish and deliver for rent portable restroom trailers, single restroom units, and to include grease trap pump outs at Saratoga Race Course, located at 267 Union Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. The term of any contract entered into as a result of this RFQ shall be two years from the date of execution.
Proposals will be received by the Procurement Operations Supervisor located at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 2 PM, prevailing time, on May 9, 2024.
