2023-0022 - Rubber Stabilization / Drainage Pads

The New York Racing Association, Inc. (“NYRA”) is soliciting bidders to provide pricing for the purchase of 450,000 square feet of rubber stabilization / drainage pads for use at Belmont Park Racetrack in Elmont, NY 11003. The term of this agreement shall expire upon successful receipt of goods which in no event shall be later than November 1, 2023. 

Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, So. Ozone Park, NY 11417, not later than 3 PM, prevailing time, on April 5, 2023. Bids will be accepted electronically; prospective bidders have the opportunity to submit their bids via the following website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/nyra (Empire State Purchasing Group). In addition, vendors/contractors have the option of submitting the bids manually to the above-referenced address. It is the bidder’s responsibility to submit their bids on time.
