NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) isseeking a vendor to deliver onsite support and maintenance for the trackside WiFi network during Racing and Non-Racing season at Saratoga Race Course in Saratoga Springs, NY. During racing season, the current WiFi network caters to over 40,000 guests and numerous park operations devices, including, but not limited to, ticket scanners, point-of-sale machines, food service tablets, employee access, and other daily guest needs. Date of service must start by May 28, 2024 and must be fully operational for the Belmont Stake Racing Festival starting on June 5, 2024. The term of this contract shall be for three (3) years from the date of execution with two (2) additional one (1) year extensions, to be exercised at the discretion of NYRA.Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11417, not later than 3:00 p.m., prevailing time, on May 08,2024.
