NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (“NYRA”) is soliciting proposals for the provision of custommade saddle towels and strapper bibs. The bibs and towels are intended for use by racehorses, outrider horses, and their accompanying staff and athletes during the NYRA racing and training program, which takes place at Aqueduct Racetrack, Belmont Park Racetrack, and Saratoga Race Course in New York state. The term of any resulting agreement will be three years, with two optional one-year renewals. The selected bidder, if any, will serve as NYRA's primary supplier of saddle towels and strapper bibs throughout the term, though NYRA is not obligated to purchase from them. The Proposal should include all requested information and any additional materials that may aid NYRA in evaluating the Bidder's qualifications.
Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, So. Ozone Park, NY 11417, not later than 3 PM, prevailing time, on March 10, 2023.
