NOTICE TO THE BIDDERS:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (“NYRA”) is soliciting proposals to obtain pricing for rental of a mobile broadcast production truck and crew for six events at Saratoga Race Course in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. during the 2023 race meet, including July 22, July 29, August 5, August 12, August 19 and August 26, 2023. All broadcasts will be shown on the FOX Broadcast Channel for a maximum duration of three hours each show.
Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, So. Ozone Park, NY 11417, not later than 2 PM, prevailing time, on May 10, 2023.
