NOTICE TO THE BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is soliciting bidders to obtain pricing for rental of a mobile broadcast production truck and crew for two events at Saratoga Race Course in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. on July 30, 2022 and August 27, 2022. The two major events are the Jim Dandy Stakes on July 30 and the Runhappy Travers Stakes on August 27. Both broadcasts will be on the Fox Broadcast Channel (FBC) from 4:30-6:00pm ET.
Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11417, not later than 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, on April 27, 2022. Bids will be accepted electronically; prospective bidders have the opportunity to submit their bids via the following website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/nyra (Empire State Purchasing Group).
