NOTICE TO THE BIDDERS:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc., (NYRA) is seeking proposals for rental suite concepts for use during June at Saratoga Race Course in Saratoga Springs, NY. The term of any agreement entered into as a result of this RFQ will be for one year with NYRA having the sole option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms.
PLEASE NOTE: The structures must be installed and fully functional on or before June 1, 2024. Failure to meet this requirement will be considered a material breach of any agreement entered into as a result of this RFQ and may result in the imposition of liquidated damages.
Proposals will be received by the Procurement Operations Supervisor at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 2 PM, prevailing time, on [insert date].
