NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) issoliciting pricing for material testing and analysis at each of NYRA's three properties. Testing and Analysis will be conducted for Aqueduct Racetrack located at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11417, Belmont Park Racetrack located at 2150 Hempstead Tpke, Elmont, NY 11003 and Saratoga Race Course located at 267 Union Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. The term of the agreement shall be from the date of execution of any contract that arises as a result of this RFQ. Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11417, not later than 3:00 p.m., prevailing time, on July 03,2024.
