NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. is requesting bidders to provide a software solution that will be utilized for on-track tablets (ELO Touch Solutions Android tablet)to be used by the public at all three (3) of NYRA’s Racetracks(Aqueduct, Belmont, Saratoga).The term of this RFP will be three (3) years from the date of execution of any agreement that arises as a result of this RFP, with NYRA having the sole discretion to renew for two (2) additional terms of one (1) year. Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11417, not later than 3:00 p.m., prevailing time, on April 14,2023.
