This is a Request for Proposal to provide temporary employees to The New York Racing Association, Inc. (“NYRA”). NYRA seeks to award to the winner of this RFP (the “Successful Bidder”) an agreement to provide temporary employees for the Belmont Stakes Racing Festival held June 8 – 10, 2023 at NYRA’ s Belmont Park in Elmont, NY, 11003 and for the Saratoga Race Meet, a 40-day race meeting at NYRA’s Saratoga Race Course in Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 held from July 13, 2023, to September 4, 2023. Additional temporary staffing may be needed throughout other parts of the year. The term of this engagement shall be for three (3) years with one (1) optional three (3) year renewal.
Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, So. Ozone Park, NY 11417, not later than 3:00 PM, prevailing time, on February 16, 2023.
