NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is soliciting bids for the rental of tents as specified in this RFQ to be furnished and installed at various locations at Belmont Park Race Track located at 2150 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont, NY 11003. Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, S. Ozone, NY 11420, not later than 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, on Wednesday, March 17th, 2023. Complete details and specifications relating to the proposed work are available and can be downloaded from the Empire State Purchasing Group Website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/nyra.
Bids will be accepted electronically, prospective bidders have the opportunity to submit their bids via the following website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/nyra (Empire State Purchasing Group).
