NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is soliciting proposals from Testing and Special Inspection Services firms to provide all necessary labor, supervision, administration, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, engineering certifications, NYS OGS coordination, and any incidental items required to provide laboratory and on-site Testing & Specials Inspections services at various locations throughout Belmont Park, located in Elmont, NY. Term shall be from date of bidder’s fully executed agreement and and in each case, shall expire upon one year from the date of executed contract, to be renewed at NYRA’s sole discretion for two (2) additional terms of one (1) year (the "Term"). Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11417, not later than 5:00 p.m., prevailing time, on March 06,2023.
