NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc (“NYRA”). NYRA is soliciting bidders to quote and furnish trophies for the winning thoroughbred owners, trainers and jockeys for the races and events it holds at NYRA’s (3) three racetracks: Aqueduct Racetrack, S. Ozone Park, NY 11420, Belmont Park Racetrack, Elmont, NY 11003, and Saratoga Race Course, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. Proposals will be received by the Procurement Operations Supervior at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, S. Ozone Park, NY 11420, not later than 3:00 p.m., prevailing time, on Friday, September 15th, 2023. Bids will be accepted electronically, prospective bidders have the opportunity to submit their bids via the following website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/nyra (Empire State Purchasing Group). In addition vendors / contractors have the option of submitting the bids manually to the above referenced address. It is the bidder’s responsibility to submit their bids on time.
