NOTICE TO THE BIDDERS:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association (NYRA) desires to procure an uninterruptable power supply (UPS) mobile trailer to support its fleet of mobile broadcast trailers. This trailer will travel to all NYRA locations, including Aqueduct Racetrack, Belmont Park Racetrack, and Saratoga Race Course. All information requested should be included in the Proposal, plus any additional materials or information that may help NYRA evaluate the respondent’s qualifications for this RFQ (the “Bidder).
Proposals will be received by the Procurement Operations Supervisor at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 2 PM, prevailing time, on September 1, 2023. Bids will be accepted electronically; prospective bidders have the opportunity to submit their bids via the following website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/nyra (Empire State Purchasing Group). In addition, manual bids will be accepted at the above-referenced address.
