NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is solicitingquotations from qualified vendors (the “Contractor”) for Vehicle Maintenance Services of vehicles under 15,000 GVW, at all three of NYRA’s locations: Aqueduct Racetrack in Jamaica, NY, Belmont Park Racetrack in Elmont, NY, and Saratoga Race Course in Saratoga Springs, NY. The term of the resulting contract will be for one year, with NYRA having the option of renewing for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. NYRA intends to issue multiple awards so as to have motor vehicle repair operators service the three locations. Awards will be by location and type of service offered.
Proposals will be received by the Procurement Supervisor at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11417, not later than 3:00 p.m., prevailing time, on August 28,2023.
