All bids shall be in a Sealed Envelope clearly addressed to the above and marked:
“Proposed Childcare Center” and at the time and place will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Any bid may be withdrawn without prejudice prior to the official bid opening time or any publicized postponement thereof. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Owner.
In order to promote our established Affirmative Action Policy, we invite sealed bids from minority groups. This Affirmative Action Policy regarding sealed bids and contracts applies to all persons without regard to race, color, creed, national origin, age, sex or handicap. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in the proposal, and to reject any and all proposals.
