Bids to be considered must be received in a sealed envelope at the
Ogdensburg Bridge & Port Authority, 1 Bridge Plaza, Ogdensburg, New York,
13669 by 3:00 PM, local time, on Wednesday July 28, 2021, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Authority’s Conference Room. Bids received after the above noted time will not be accepted. Bid proposals may be mailed or shipped to the Ogdensburg Bridge & Port Authority, 1 Bridge Plaza, Ogdensburg, New York 13669, however they must be received by the Ogdensburg Bridge & Port Authority no later than one hour local time before the bid opening on the day of bid opening to be considered.
