Oneida County is seeking bids for Polymer to be used in the belt press de-watering of thickened raw sludge at the Oneida County Water Pollution Control Plant. The following are estimated quantities for a six-month period. Only actual quantities delivered will be paid for. Bid prices must include all delivery charges to the Treatment Plant at Leland and Wurz Ave., Utica, N.Y. Products must be similar and equal to the products listed.
