Summary of Specifications:
Oneida County is seeking bids on Silica Sand for the Sludge Disposal system at the Oneida County Water Pollution Control Plant. Bid price must include delivery to the Water Pollution Control Plant, Leland and Wurz Ave., Utica, N.Y.. Bid prices may not be increased during the first contract period. It is estimated that 3,000 bags of sand (ordered in 960 bag lots) will be required during the year contract, however, only sand that is actually ordered will be paid for.
