Summary of Specifications:
All specifications listed in the following paragraphs are to be considered minimum and any specifications submitted for approval must meet these minimums or exceed them to be considered for purchase by Oneida County. Any specific items listed or named are to be considered as general and are listed or highlighted only to establish a base of comparison when it becomes necessary to award the contract for purchase. Any variances from these specifications must be listed on the variances page(s) found at the end of the specification sheets , any vendor not listing the variances may jeopardize their bidding opportunity ,the county would have the right to disregard any bids that it finds not to be in compliance. Whether specifically mentioned or not, all items of equipment ,assemblies, and accessories normally finished shall be included unless specifically deleted or otherwise specified herein .Each bidder shall submit with their bid all data and materials required to identify and describe accurately the particular items offered under the bid proposal. Such data and materials shall include technical specs, exact and detailed specs, illustrations and any other pertinent materials that may be needed for evaluation purposes.
