Summary of Specifications:
Contractor shall provide Spill Prevention Report reviews and updates, hazardous chemical bulk storage tank inspections, inspection reports, tank cleaning and material disposal, training services, and ancillary engineering services, so as to ensure the County’s compliance with all aspects of NYSDEC’s Chemical Bulk Storage (CBS) Regulations (6 NYCRR Parts 595-599 or other updated NYSDEC CBS Regulations required for compliance). Upon termination of the contract the Contractor shall provide, as may be required by the County, all project documents and information to conclude work under the project.
