Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this solicitation is to provide for the operation of a food service program. The FS Contractor will assume responsibility for the efficient management of the food service program, including purchasing, receiving, storing, counter service, dining room service, clean-up, sanitation, training, hiring and supervising personnel, and presenting food in a way to create optimum student participation. The program will include the use of federally donated commodities.
