ITB-6826 - Fuel Oil System Upgrade - Van Duyn

Summary of Specifications:
The project is located at the Van Duyn Home and Hospital, 5075 W. Seneca Turnpike, Syracuse, New York 13215, and consists of the closure and removal of two (2) existing 20,000-gallon aboveground fuel oil storage tanks and associated aboveground piping up to the building entrance, leveling the secondary containment berm and demolishing the concrete pier tank supports. The project also includes the installation of two (2) new 8,000-gallon aboveground double-wall steel fuel oil storage tanks with integral overfill protection chambers, a tank monitoring system, new fuel oil supply and return piping up to the building entrance, re-conditioning the fill piping and remote fill station, site restoration, and other work as required to install a fully operational and compliant system.
