Provide services for disposal of grease and floatable solids in a permitted landfill facility. Contactor to provide a drop-off site within a fifteen (15) mile radius of the Metropolitan Syracuse Wastewater Treatment Plant – located at 650 Hiawatha Blvd. West, Syracuse, NY. Contractor shall be responsible for loading and transferring material from drop-off site and the ultimate disposal at a permitted facility.
