Summary of Specifications:
Bid for Administrative Software for BOCES Regional Information Centers across NYS. Bid pricing will be valid through 5/31/04. OCM BOCES will have the option to extend the award period in successive one-year extensions up to 4 years. Bidder must have dedicated contract liaison and provide statement from the manufacturer or accredited financial institution documenting available line of credit as an indicator of fiscal stability. Unless bidder is Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), bidder must provide letter from manufacturer certifying that bidder is OEM-certified reseller. Bidder must provide online price list and toll-free telephone number for contract support at time of bid submittal.
