Project Scope

The work of this project consists of the following:
1. Addition of new insulation and new TPO membrane over the existing roof deck on the western portion of the building.
2. Addition of new gutters, downspouts, and heat trace along the western edge of the building.
Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
The work will start on or about October 23, 2020, and be substantially complete by June 30, 2021.
