NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the County of Ontario will receive sealed bids for Bridge Preventative Maintenance 2013 Group 1, Bridge Preventative Maintenance 2013 Group 2 and Bridge Preventative Maintenance 2014 (B13109) . Such sealed bids must be filed with the Ontario County Purchasing Director, 20 Ontario Street, Canandaigua, New York 14424, PRIOR TO 3:00 PM prevailing time, Tuesday, February 18, 2014.
Each bid shall include a bid bond in the amount of 5 % of the total bid offered by the vendor and shall be in the form of a certified check, bond or irrevocable line of credit
Bid forms and specifications may be obtained at the office of the Ontario County Purchasing Director at the above mentioned address (Telephone: 585-396-4442) for a refundable deposit of $50.00 (U.S. FUNDS). Checks shall be made payable to the Ontario County Treasurer. No vendor shall receive specifications prior to receipt of a deposit by the Purchasing Department. Vendors requesting arrangements other than U.S. Mail, shall be responsible for making such arrangements and all associated costs.
