Project Scope
The Work to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to,
constructing the Work described below and all related appurtenances. The Work
includes, but is not limited to, the following:
1. Staging and Mobilization.
2. Site work including generator pad, conduits, and storm drains.
3. Bypass pumping system.
4. Demolish existing facilities and piping indicated on the Contract Drawings.
5. Restore previously abandoned drywell.
6. Install proposed natural gas standby generator, gas piping, and automatic
transfer switch as indicated on Contract Drawings.
7. Install proposed process piping and pumps indicated on the Contract Drawings.
8. Complete process piping connections to exiting equipment as indicated on the
Contract Drawings.
9. Install proposed electrical, heating, ventilating, and plumbing work as indicated
on the Contract Drawings.
10. Final site grading and restoration.
Contracting Method: The Work will be constructed under four prime contracts.
Substantial Completion: April 7, 2023
