R25030 - Consultant Services for Vacant Rental Program

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the County of Ontario (County) will receive proposals on behalf of the Ontario County Economic Development Corporation (OCEDC) for RFP R25030 Consulting Services for Vacant Rental Program. Such proposals must be filed with the Ontario County Purchasing Director, 20 Ontario Street, Canandaigua, New York 14424, on or before 4:00 PM prevailing time, January 31, 2025. All questions pertaining to this RFP shall be forwarded via email to purchasing@ontariocounyny.gov or in writing to the Director of Purchasing at the address shown above and be received by January 17, 2025.  

OCEDC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.

Purpose
The Ontario County Economic Development Corporation (OCEDC) is seeking proposals and pricing for program development, grant administration, and program delivery services needed for the Ontario County Vacant Rental Program (the “Consultant Services”). This project is funded by a grant awarded to OCEDC through the New York State Office of Community Renewal (OCR).
