NOTICE TO BIDDERS 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the County of Ontario will receive sealed bids for Replacement of Culverts 22 & 23 on County Road 16 (B14069). Such sealed bids must be filed with the Ontario County Purchasing Director, 20 Ontario Street, Canandaigua, New York 14424, PRIOR TO 3:00 PM Prevailing Time, November 12, 2014. 

Bid forms and specifications may be obtained at the office of the Ontario County Purchasing Director at the above mentioned address only (Telephone: 585-396-4442) for a refundable deposit of $50.00 for the first set only (U.S. FUNDS). Vendors requesting additional sets of plans must submit a separate nonrefundable check for $50.00 per each additional set. Checks shall be made payable to the Ontario County Treasurer. No vendor shall receive specifications prior to receipt of a deposit by the Purchasing Department. Vendors requesting arrangements other than U.S. Mail, shall be responsible for making such arrangements and all associated costs.
