Project Scope
Work under this Contract primarily consists of intersection improvements for County Road 23, McIvor Road, and Fort Hill Road in the Town of Phelps Ontario County, NY. The work includes transforming the two-way stop-controlled intersection of CR 23, McIvor Road, and Fort Hill Road into a modern roundabout. The work includes converting the existing triangular intersection of CR 23 and Fort Hill Road into a three-legged, tee-intersection. The work includes landscaping improvements within the central islands of the existing modern roundabouts at the intersections of CR 10 with CR 4 and CR 46.
This is a Locally Administered Federal-Aid project with the oversight of the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT). The low bidder must have a current NY State Vender Responsibility Questionnaire – For Profit Construction (CCA-2) on file or submit one within 10 days of receipt of contract.
