NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the County of Ontario will receive sealed bids for FLCC Geneva Campus Center – Addition and Renovations (B14088). Such sealed bids must be filed with the Ontario County Purchasing Director, 20 Ontario Street, Canandaigua, New York 14424, PRIOR TO October 7, 2014 at 3:00PM EST.
There will be a pre-bid meeting September 18, 2014 at 1:00PM EST. Said meeting will be held at FLCC – Geneva Campus (former LaSalle High School) located at 90 Pultney Street Geneva, NY in Room 7. (Please enter through the handicapped entrance was on the south side of the building) All interested parties are strongly urged to attend. This may be the only opportunity to view the site.
Bid forms and specifications may be obtained at the office of the Ontario County Purchasing Director at the above mentioned address only (Telephone: 585-396-4442) for a refundable $100.00 for the first set only (U.S. FUNDS). Vendors requesting additional sets of plans must submit a separate nonrefundable check for $150.00 per each additional. Checks shall be made payable to the Ontario County Treasurer. No vendor shall receive specifications prior to receipt of a deposit by the Purchasing Department. Vendors requesting arrangements other than U.S. Mail, shall be responsible for making such arrangements and all associated costs.
Each bid shall include a bid bond in the amount of 5 % of the total bid offered by the vendor. Said bid bond shall be in the form of a certified check, bond or irrevocable line of credit and is required to be in- cluded with the bid submittal.
Please note this is a single prime contract covered by a Project Labor Agreement.
