Summary of Specifications:
Ontario County is seeking sealed bids for the purchase of Footwear for Law Enforcement. Bidders must have the footwear available in all customary sizes and widths A-EEE and shall be responsible for sizing of all staff for correct fit within 72 hours of notification. Any contract awarded as a result of this bid is between Ontario County and the successful vendor and will be used primarily for the Ontario County Sheriff's Department, Jail, and 911 staff. At the vendor's discretion, the contract may be extended to other municipal and not-for-profit agencies under NYS General Municipal Law by mutual agreement between the vendor and those agencies.
