Summary of Specifications:
Ontario County is seeking sealed bids for the purchase of Diving Gear and Equipment. Any contract awarded as a result of this bid will be between Ontario County and the successful vendor and used primarily by the Ontario County Sheriff's Department and Finger Lakes Community College. At the vendor's discretion, the contract may be extended to other municipal and not-for-profit agencies under NYS General Municipal Law by mutual agreement between the vendor and those agencies.
