B22026H - Purchase of Pad Mounted Transformers and Power Distribution Equipment

Scope:
Ontario County is the sponsor of Finger Lakes Community College and plays a role in managing
capital projects on behalf of the College.
Ontario County is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of (4) four Liquid Filled Pad Mounted
Transformers, and (2) two Low Voltage Power Distribution Equipment (see specs below and
drawings for details) for an Electrical Upgrade Project that will be bid at a later date. The products
are being pre-purchased by the County to allow for long lead times. The delivery location is to be
determined at a later date and will be managed by the chosen electrical contractor for the project.
Vendor Responsibilities:
• Provide lead time for submittals and lead time for fabrication
• Provide size and weight of unit. Number of sections if not in one piece.
• Provide full warranty (labor & parts) per documents from startup date
• Any shipping damage will be covered by vendor
