Scope
Finger Lakes Community College (FLCC) has a constant need for Science Teaching Supplies to support classes that are offered. The College offers more than 40 academic degree and certificate programs with areas of study that include Biotechnology, Environmental Studies, Natural Resource Conservation, Nursing, Mechanical Technology, Viticulture and Wine Technology, and many others.
The College intends to make awards to vendor(s) able to provide a majority of the items listed in one or more groups and providing the best value to the College based on the pricing offered including any cost savings that may be achieved through a simplified quotation procedure, ease of ordering, delivery times and cost, customer service policy, simplified payment, ease and cost of returns.
Any contract will be available for use by other public schools, municipalities and not for profit agencies at the vendor’s discretion.
Bidders shall provide a percentage discount off catalog pricing, along with any exceptions.FLCC Departments place orders throughout the year. In preparation of an order, the using department will contact the awarded vendor for a written quotation based upon the bid pricing. The vendor shall provide the quotation and shall reference the Bid number B20036 to demonstrate that the correct discount has been included.
