NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the County of Ontario (the “County”), will receive sealed bids for
B24058 Vehicle and Equipment Repair Services and Repair Parts. Such sealed bids must be filed with the Ontario County Purchasing Director, 20 Ontario Street, Canandaigua, New York 14424, PRIOR TO 3:00 PM prevailing time, August 27, 2024 at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read via Webex meeting.

Vendors requesting arrangements other than U.S. Mail shall be responsible for making such arrangements and all associated costs.

The County reserves the right to renew any contract(s) awarded as a result of this bid for up to two additional, (12) twelve-month periods by annual resolution by the County Board of Supervisors and in accordance with the Bid Specifications and New York State General Municipal Law (“GML”) Sections 103 and 104-b.
