Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 PM Wednesday, May 5, 2021 (originally scheduled for 4/21/2021), by Orange County Community College (OWNER) at the SECURITY OFFICE in HORTON HALL, Middletown, NY 10940; Bids must be delivered to an individual. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Social Distance Rules apply, all attending must wear a mask. Late bids will not be accepted.
Plans & Specifications are on file, publicly exhibited and may be obtained in person or by mail from Fellenzer Engineering, LLP, 22 Mulberry Street, Middletown, NY 10940.
The Contractors shall leave their name, mailing address and EMAIL address upon receipt of the plans and specifications.
1. Obtain copies of the bid documents upon payment of $50.00 per set, by certified check or money order, non-refundable, payable to Orange County Community College. Partial sets will not be issued.
2. To receive bid documents by mail, enclose a separate certified check or money order for postage and handling in the amount of $50.00, payable to Orange County Community College.
BID ENVELOPE MUST BE MARKED WITH THE BID NUMBER: ITB-OCCC-2021- 09 and the bidder’s name. Please see the bid documents for information regarding 10% of total bid Security required in the form of a bid bond or certified check; bonds; insurance requirements and other pertinent information as required by New York State General Municipal Law.
