Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 PM on Friday, MARCH 31, 2017, in Orange Hall (OH), Room 220, and will be publicly opened in OH, Rm 212. Bids shall include all labor, materials and equipment. Mark bid envelopes with BID NAME AND NUMBER.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and walk-through: Thursday, March 16, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. on site, at which time the bidders can inspect the property and ask any questions.

Bidders may secure copies of the Bidding Documents on the following basis:
1. Copies of the Bid Documents are $50.00 per set, by non-refundable certified check or money order payable to Orange County Community College. Partial sets will not be issued. 2.To receive Bid Documents by mail, enclose a separate certified check or money order for $50.00, payable to Orange County Community College; or provide FedEx or UPS number for delivery fee.
Bid security in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS.
Successful bidder is required to furnish and pay for a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in amount equal to 100% of his Contract in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS.
