Orange County Community College (OCCC) is accepting sealed proposals from consultants to provide a cloud based ONLY solution that includes maintenance and support. The solution must effectively support non-credit registration and professional development enrollment and allow for the registration of diverse non-credit program types, including corporate training, open enrollment, youth programming, certificate programs, continuing education, micro-credentials, etc. which is substantively different from solutions designed to support academic/credit registration. The system will permit non-credit to be offloaded from the College’s existing Banner Registration version 8.6.1 application from Ellucian and be responsive to these factors:
- The unique characteristics of non-credit continuing education programs
- The unique characteristics of our students and their needs
- The demands of the changing non-credit market and how we must respond with a dynamic marketing mix
- The ways in which program development is done toward return on investment
