Questions are due in writing at Fellenzer Engineering LLP by Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at the address below.
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 PM Thursday, September 23, 2021, by Orange County Community College (OWNER) at the PURCHASING DEPARTMENT, ORANGE HALL ROOM 220, 22 GRANDVIEW AVENUE, Middletown, NY 10940; If not mailed, bids must be delivered to an individual in the Business Office. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Horton Hall Warehouse adjacent to the OCCC Security Office. Social Distance Rules apply, all attending must wear a mask. Late bids will not be accepted.
Plans & Specifications are on file and publicly exhibited at Fellenzer Engineering, LLP, 22 Mulberry Street, Middletown, NY 10940 and may be obtained from Fellenzer Engineering, LLP in person or by mail beginning September 2nd, 2021. The Contractors shall leave their names, correct mailing addresses and EMAIL addresses upon receipt of the plans and specifications.
Obtain copies of the bid documents upon payment of $50.00 per set, by certified check or money order, refundable upon return of plans, payable to Orange County Community College. Partial sets will not be issued.
To receive bid documents by mail, enclose a separate non-refundable certified check or money order for postage and handling in the amount of $50.00, payable to Orange County Community College.
BID ENVELOPE MUST BE MARKED WITH THE BID NUMBER: ITB-OCCC-2021-25 & Bid Title. Please see the bid documents for information regarding 10% of total bid Security required in the form of a bid bond or certified check; bonds; insurance requirements and other pertinent information as required by New York State General Municipal Law.
