The contract period is for one year from date of award; the College may purchase additional units at the same cost for a period of one (1) year.
Award will be in whole; College may choose to award for less than six (6) if the prices are exorbitant. Other factors that may affect the determination of the lowest price responsive bid include how soon receipt of new equipment can occur.
