Orange County Community College (OCCC) is requesting quotes to purchase six (6) dehumidifiers. Ducted Whole House Dehumidifier, Capacity/24 Hrs. @ 60 Percent RH 65 pt., Voltage 120VAC, 60 Hz, 5.2 Amps, 160 Fan CFM, Humidity Range 0 to 99 RH, Ambient Temp. Range 34 Degrees to 135 Degrees F, Fan Speed Single Speed, Height 12 In., Width 12 In., Depth 28-1/2 In., Cabinet Material Metal, Color Gray, Defrost Type Temperature Sensor, Refrigerant Type R-410A, Refrigerant Charge 15 oz., Filter MERV 11, NEMA Plug Configuration 5-15P, Application Ducted.

The contract period is for one year from date of award; the College may purchase additional units at the same cost for a period of one (1) year.

Award will be in whole; College may choose to award for less than six (6) if the prices are exorbitant. Other factors that may affect the determination of the lowest price responsive bid include how soon receipt of new equipment can occur.
