RFP-OCCC-2024-16 - Payroll & Human Resources Information System

Orange County Community College (aka: OCCC, SUNY Orange or “The College”) is soliciting proposals from bidders with ample Higher Ed experience to provide a Payroll and Human Resources Information System solution (“Payroll & HRIS”). SUNY Orange currently employs approximately 900 employees. The term of this agreement shall be from the date of award and is perpetual; subject to the annual review and recommendation of the appropriate Committee(s) and the satisfactory negotiation of terms.

All information requested should be included in the Proposal, plus any additional materials or information that may help the College to evaluate the qualifications of the respondent to this RFP.

The College makes no representation, promise, or warranty that a contract to provide services will result from participating in this RFP. All expenses and/or costs incurred by the Bidder for developing the Proposals are entirely the responsibility of the Bidders and will not be paid by the College.
