RFP-OCCC-2017-88 - Scheduling Software

Orange County Community College (aka “SUNY Orange” and “OCCC”) is requesting responses from companies who can fulfill a need for a space scheduling software solution which will allow us to schedule space for academic courses, events, and manage facility resources. The Space Scheduling System must present a guarantee of availability rate on a monthly basis, excluding scheduled upgrades and/or planned outages with the understanding that penalties could incur if the availability rate is not upheld.  The intent of solicitation and the ensuing process is to provide companies with the information, requirements, and specifications necessary for the preparation of a professional and comprehensive proposal. Specific terms and conditions are outlined in this document.
